What we do

We provide business support services to personal trainers, coaches and gym operators. This includes search engine optimisation, software and systems implementation, professional education and seminars, and business consulting. Using this site

By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to Sport Performance Project LLC unless stated otherwise. Materials we deliver to a client remain subject to the terms agreed in that engagement.

Engagements and quotes

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Services are scoped and priced individually and become binding only when set out in a written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties.

No guarantee of results

We give professional advice and implementation based on experience. We cannot and do not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue, client numbers or other commercial outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your delivery and the policies of third party platforms such as search engines.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

Third party services

Our work may involve third party platforms and tools. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and pricing, which are between you and them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
