Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds work for services bought from Sport Performance Project LLC. Where an individual written agreement sets different terms, that agreement takes precedence.
Consulting and implementation work
Consulting, SEO and software implementation are delivered as professional services over time. Once work on an agreed phase has started, the fees for that phase are non refundable, because the time has been committed and the work performed. If you want to stop an engagement, tell us in writing and we will stop at the end of the current phase and invoice only what has been delivered.
Seminars and education
- Cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled date and you receive a full refund.
- Cancel between 14 and 7 days before and you receive a 50 per cent refund, or you may move your place to a future date at no extra cost.
- Cancel less than 7 days before, or do not attend, and the fee is non refundable.
- If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may take the new date or receive a full refund.
Recurring services
Retainer and subscription arrangements can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund part of a period already started.
If something is wrong
If you believe the work delivered does not match what we agreed, contact us first. We would rather put it right than argue about it. Most issues are resolved by correcting the work at no additional charge.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory withdrawal period, and where you ask us to begin work within that period you may be asked to acknowledge that starting early affects it.
How to request a refund
Write to contacto@sportperformanceproject.com with your invoice reference and the reason. We will respond within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
