  • Contact details you send us through the contact form, such as your name, email address, business name and website.
  • Information you choose to tell us about your coaching business when you get in touch.
  • Billing details and transaction records when you purchase a service. Card payments are processed by Stripe and we never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and arrange an introductory call.
  • To provide and invoice the services you have engaged us for.
  • To meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
  • To keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies to you, we rely on your consent when you contact us voluntarily, on the performance of a contract when you engage our services, on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and on legal obligation for accounting records.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our hosting provider, our email provider and Stripe for payment processing. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and work with clients worldwide, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Write to contacto@sportperformanceproject.com and we will respond. If you are in the EU or the UK and are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
